·         Identification: 

In-depth analysis of position specifications, careful gathering of requirements with a “Value” focus; understanding of the company culture and the role of that position.

·         Research: 

Strategic planning for the most effective means for sourcing target candidates.  Extensive integration of technology, professional networking, social media, and marketing approaches to successfully locate top notch candidates quickly.  

·         Assessment: 

Talent screening and qualification: clients are ensured that the candidates presented to them possess all required, and many desired skill sets which will prove their value as an exceptional performer within the company.

  • Interviewing:

Combining behavioral and targeted interviewing techniques during preliminary interviews, 3 reference checks, honest feedback coupled with tailored advice during the entire interview process;

·         Acceptance: 

Consultation and negotiation of all elements surrounding an employment offer; counteroffer/competing offer consulting; “hands-on” involvement to ensure that the candidate identified gets hired and stays hired.

During the assignment clients are presented with a report on a weekly basis about the progress of the search. During the search they also receive valuable competitive market information about their local area and their direct competition.
